The food is prepared from fresh, seasonal ingredients in the boat's own kitchen, the buffet's menu changes with seasons and availability. We mostly use lactose and gluten free products, and vegan options are available on order.
Appetizers:
- Vegetable salad and two hearty salads
- (Ie. pasta salad, cheese salad, smoked fish salad, Italian salad, potato salad)
- Two salad dressings
- Pickled herring
- Fish charcuterie

Main course:
